Super typhoon Ragasa: Fishing village withstands from storm with strong precautions

Super Typhoon Ragasa hit Hong Kong on Tuesday evening, and officials recorded 22 flooding cases. Sam Mun Tsai New Village in Tai Po, one of the flooding blackspots, reported no flooding cases.

While the fishing village quickly resumed after the storm, the local representative said he looked forward to long-term measures to address the increased frequency of stronger typhoons.
