The Hong Kong Observatory issued the T10 signal at 2:40am on Wednesday, and later issued the T8 signal at 1:20pm in the afternoon. Our reporters recorded timelapse videos from Yau Tong, Tuen Mun, and Wu Kai Sha to show how Ragasa hit Hong Kong.
