The 20th Congress of the Communist Party of China came to a close on Oct. 22 after a week-long meeting session in Beijing. 2,379 elected deputies from all over the country attended the conferences, reviewed major issues of the past five years, and outlined the future plan for the world's second-largest economy. A new top governing team was introduced with Xi Jinping securing his third presidential term.
